Educational Assessment Reports
The aim of an educational assessment is to identify strengths, areas of difficulty and develop your understanding of how you process information and learn.
They can be used to update a previous assessment, for example if you received a dyslexia diagnosis as a young child and want to know an assessment that reflects you now.
They may be able used along side a medical diagnosis of ADHD, dyspraxia or an Autistic Spectrum Condition, when applying for Disabled Students Allowance, to enable a holistic picture of your support requirements to be considered.
Or they can be used to inform support at school or college and to make recommendations of strategies, technologies and apps that may be useful to you.
Educational Assessment Reports, are shorter than assessments for an SpLD, taking between 1.5 and 2 hours.
