Paying a deposit and booking an assessment is considered acceptance and  agreement of the Terms and Conditions, Remote Assessment Policy and Privacy Policy.

For children is assumes consent has been given by those who have parental responsibility.

A computer, laptop or large screen tablet is required  for remote assessment

Good wifi connection, private space with a desk is required for remote assessment

​

The background information and Visual Difficulties Questionnaire must be returned prior to the assessment

 

Reports will  not be released until full payment is received

​

Reports will be processed within 3 weeks of your assessment (usually sooner)

​

All information will be kept securely and confidentially in line with South Ribble Dyslexia's Privacy Policy
